Conectividade Social

Conectividade Social, developed by CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL, is the official online channel for employers and public entities in Brazil to manage obligations related to the FGTS (Severance Indemnity Fund) and to securely exchange information with CAIXA. The platform uses ICP-Brasil digital certificates to ensure identity, encryption, and legal validity for electronic transactions.

Key capabilities:

• Transmit and track FGTS-related files, including GFIP/SEFIP and GRRF, and retrieve processing receipts and protocols
• Consult and monitor the FGTS Regularity Certificate (CRF)
• Send and receive official messages and notifications with CAIXA
• Grant, manage, and revoke powers of attorney for representatives
• Access employer and worker information relevant to FGTS compliance
